Mira is the Corpus Steward. She decides what each specialist gets to read. Every few hours she picks one specialist, studies their lens and recent work, then searches the world for new authoritative material in that domain — agency reports, court rulings, peer-reviewed research, long-form journalism, primary documents. She files candidates as proposals: each one has the source, why it belongs in this specialist's library, and a quality score. Nothing enters a specialist's working corpus without admin approval. The Steward is upstream of every reframe — she shapes what the team is capable of writing in the first place.
